GUIDELINES FOR DISTRIBUTORSHIP

ECARMA HEALTH OPTIONS wishes to expand its operations for marketing of the above mentioned product by inviting distributors to sell their products in their respective area.

There are two ways to sell our products in your area.

1. "Exclusive Distributor" which means you have the sole right to distribute our products on your area.
   
   
2. "Independent Business Representative Distributor" which means you can sell our products provided that there is no "Exclusive Distributor" in your area.

EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR

ECARMA HEALTH OPTIONS engages the Distributor's services, wherein the Distributor shall be the sole marketing distributor in their respective area.

There are many complications, paper works, span of coverage, and agreements to sort out before you become an "exclusive distributor" in your area. So we strongly suggest that you meet us personally.

Exclusive Distributor shall purchase a minimum of five hundred (500) boxes of 50 capsules per box per month for the first six (6) months and afterwards one thousand (1,000) boxes of 50 capsules per box per month from the Manufacturer. Failure by the Exclusive Distributor to meet the above mentioned quota is ground for the pre-termination of the contract by the Manufacturer.

As Exclusive Distributor, Ecarma Health Options will not interfere with your marketing schemes. You can also design your own packaging provided that it does not contain any false claim or misrepresentation.

You must take care of any paper works and legal documents required by your country. However, we will do our best to help you and send you any documents that you may need in pursuing your business in your area.

We will have an Agreement that will be in effect for a period of one (1) year, which may be renewed, subject to terms and conditions, wherein both parties may agree upon.

INDEPENDENT BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE DISTRIBUTOR

As an INDEPENDENT BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE you can buy our products just like buying a product here in the Philippines and selling it into your respective area.

We will inform you if there is already an "exclusive distributor" in your area. If there is, you cannot sell our products in the said area.

One advantage of being an INDEPENDENT BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE DISTRIBUTOR is there is no need to sign papers or other documents and you can start selling immediately. There is no minimum product requirement to start with.

Packaging and design of boxes will remain as is.
